Feral Texas Outdoors will be happy to replace or refund Feral Texas Outdoors products for store credit only within 30 days of purchase if the product is damaged from manufacturing defects. No misuse or abuse of items will be returned for a full refund. 

We do not accept returns for opened items being that the item is now considered used. If we do accept a return, due to Shopify fees, shipping and shipping insurance we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

We do not cancel online orders after 24 hours. Even if items are not available at time of purchase. If we do cancel before 24 hours shopify fees for our E-commerce store are not recoverable. You will be charged 5% of the total purchase.
