Shipping policy

We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the following details before placing your order: 

Holiday Shipping & Carrier Delays

During peak holiday periods, all carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) may experience unexpected delays due to volume, weather, and other factors outside of our control. We will continue to process and ship orders within our stated handling time; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Please keep the following in mind during the holiday season:

• Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier, not guaranteed delivery dates.

• Delays, misroutes, and extended transit times may occur, especially in November and December.

• Feral Texas Outdoors is not responsible for refunds or replacements due to carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.

• We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to allow extra time for delivery.

If your tracking shows an in-transit delay, please contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information on your package.

 

Processing & Shipping Times

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Backorder and pre-order items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.

Shipping Rates & Service

  • All orders include insurance coverage up to $200.
  • Optic orders over $995 ship free and will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Tripods have a flat shipping fee of $15 due to their size and weight. These will typically ship via UPS Ground, unless another service delivers faster for a comparable cost.

Shipping Insurance

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages valued over $200. For added protection, you may purchase Route shipping insurance at checkout. This is highly recommended for high-value items.

Fraud Protection

If your order is flagged by our fraud detection system, it will be placed on hold pending verification. We may request proof of identity or additional information. If we cannot verify that you are the authorized cardholder, the order will be canceled.
