RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Please read carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• We do not cancel orders once they are placed, including accidental, duplicate, or "oops" orders.

• If, at our sole discretion, we approve a cancellation request, the following fees will apply:

  • Orders that have not shipped will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

  • Pre-orders may be canceled for a 10% cancellation fee or exchanged for full store credit. This applies regardless of launch dates, manufacturer delays, or estimated delivery changes.

RETURNS

• Due to product tampering concerns, returns fraud, and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

• Accessories, batteries, mounts, lights, chargers, cables, memory cards, apparel, and similar items are not eligible for return.

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted due to user preference, buyer's remorse, compatibility issues, perceived image quality, failure to achieve expected performance, or failure to read product specifications prior to purchase.

• Performance expectations may vary based on environmental conditions, weather, terrain, target size, user experience, and application. Manufacturer specifications, images, videos, and advertised detection ranges are estimates and are not guaranteed under all operating conditions.

• If a return is approved at our sole discretion:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

  • Any free promotional items, discounts, bundled products, or incentives received with the purchase will be deducted from the refund if not returned.

USED & DEMO PRODUCTS

• All used, demo, open-box, and clearance products are sold as-is.

• Any warranty coverage, if applicable, will be noted on the original sales receipt.

• Cosmetic wear, prior use, or missing non-essential packaging may be present and do not qualify for return or refund.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

• We do offer price matching, before order is placed.

• We do not provide refunds, credits, or adjustments for price changes, sales, promotions, coupon codes, manufacturer rebates, or competitor pricing after an order has been placed.

FRAUD PREVENTION

• Orders flagged by our fraud prevention systems may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled pending verification.

• We may require proof of identity, proof of address, payment verification, or additional documentation before processing an order.

• If we are unable to verify the purchaser as the authorized cardholder, the order may be canceled and refunded.

LAYAWAY POLICY

• Layaway purchases require a minimum 10% down payment.

• A minimum payment of $100 must be made every 30 days to keep the layaway active.

• Layaway balances must be paid in full within 90 days of the original purchase date.

• Customers may make additional payments at any time or set up automatic payments.

• Once a layaway is paid in full, the item will be shipped or made available for store pickup.

• If a required payment is missed, or the layaway is not paid in full within 90 days, the layaway will be canceled.

• Upon cancellation of a layaway for non-payment, customer request, or failure to complete the layaway terms, all funds paid will be converted to store credit or a store gift card. No cash refunds will be issued.

• Layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another customer.

• Customers may change to a different in-stock product during the layaway period; however, discontinued, closeout, special-order, or otherwise restricted items may not be eligible for transfer.

• Specials, promotional items, dealer demos, used products, and other designated items may not be eligible for layaway.

• If an item goes on sale during the layaway period, sale pricing will only apply if the layaway is paid in full during the promotional period.

THERMAL RENTAL POLICY

• Thermal and night vision rental fees are non-refundable once the rental unit has shipped or been picked up.

• Rental charges are applied upon return of the equipment.

• Rental fees may be waived if the renter purchases the rented unit, or a similar or higher-value unit, within 15 days of the rental end date.

• Renters are responsible for all late fees, shipping charges, damages, loss, theft, and replacement costs as outlined in the Rental Terms & Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS

• Product specifications, features, availability, pricing, and manufacturer information are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, correct pricing errors, or decline transactions at our sole discretion.

• Policies are subject to change without notice.

• By placing an order, renting equipment, or making a purchase from Feral Texas Outdoors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
