We do not cancel orders once placed. We do not accept returns for opened items being that the item is now considered used.
If we choose to accept a return or approve a request to cancel an order:
- If we do accept a return, due to Shopify fees, shipping and shipping insurance we will charge a 15% restocking fee. If a refund is issued any free items or discounts towards other items given at time of purchase will be deducted from refund amount, if kept.
- If we do cancel your order, you will be charged 5% of the total purchase. Once shipped there will be a 15% restocking fee if returned
- Pre-ordered items regardless of product launch date or delays we will charge a 10% cancelation fee or full store credit for a future order.
All used products, as well as all demos, are sold as-is and warranty goes by what is stated on the receipt.
We DO NOT price match after the order is placed. This goes for price drops, specials, other dealers’ deals, or any other price change.

If your order is flagged as a Fraudulent Order by our fraud program your order will be placed on hold. It will stay on hold until we can determine if the order is fraudulent or not. By doing this we may ask for proof of ID or addition information. If we can not prove that you are the card holder placing the order we will cancel the order immediately.
