Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

Order Cancellations

We do not cancel orders once they are placed—including accidental or “oops” orders. All sales are final at the time of checkout.

If, at our discretion, we choose to approve a cancellation request, the following fees will apply:

• Orders not yet shipped will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover credit card processing costs.

• Pre-orders (regardless of launch dates or delays) may be canceled for a 10% fee or exchanged for full store credit toward a future purchase.

Returns

Due to ongoing issues with product tampering and returns fraud, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, particularly on accessories.

If a return is approved at our discretion:

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable fees.

• Any free items or discounts applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund if those items are retained.

Used & Demo Products:

All used and demo items are sold as-is. Warranty coverage (if any) will be listed on the original sales receipt.

Price Adjustments:

We do not offer price matching or refunds for price drops, promotions, or competitor pricing after an order has been placed.

Fraud Prevention:

Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent by our system will be placed on hold until verified. You may be required to provide proof of identity and/or authorization. If we are unable to confirm you as the cardholder, the order will be canceled.
