How the rental works:

• Rental prices are for 3 days.
• Day 1 starts on the 1st day of your rental date, even if you get it a day early.  
• Unit must be mailed out on Day 3 with the exception of Sundays and National Holidays; it may be shipped the following day.
• We pay to ship it to you or you can pick up in the store.
• Signature Required: For security purposes, all rental shipments require a signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be delivered without a signature confirmation.
• You have to pay for shipping plus insurance to send it back to us via UPS or FedEx, not USPS(signature not required). The tracking number must be sent to us after you ship it. If you are local you can return to the store.
• A hold will be placed on your card for the total value of the unit being rented.
  • Example: Rattler V2 19-256 hold is $795, and the rental is $150
• Once the unit is returned hold is lifted, and the rental fee is charged. 
• If you decide to purchase the unit or a similar value or higher unit, we will waive the rental fee. Purchase must be made within 15 days of the rental end date to have the fee waived. 
• Shipping rental back late without any prior arrangement will result in a late fee of $50 per day for up to 3 days. On day 4, you are charged another full rental fee on top of your original rental fee. If no tracking is provided after 7 days or no communication the unit is considered stolen, and you are charged for the value of the unit.  A police report will be filed for any unit not returned.  
• The replacement cost of any items lost, stolen, or broken by the renter will be added to the rental fee. 
• By renting from us, you agree to all terms above.
