Feral Texas Outdoors will be happy to replace or refund Feral Texas Outdoors products for store credit only within 30 days of purchase if the product is damaged from manufacturing defects. No misuse or abuse of items will be returned for a full refund. 

We do not accept returns for opened items being that the item is now considered used. If we do accept a return, due to Shopify fees, shipping and shipping insurance we will charge a 15% restocking fee.  If refund is issued any free/discounted items given at time of purchase will be deducted from refund amount, if kept.  

We do not cancel orders once placed. Even if items are not available at time of purchase. If we do cancel your order you will be charged 5% of the total purchase. Once shipped there will be a 15% restocking fee if returned.

Pre-ordered items regardless of product launch date or delays we will charged a 10% cancelation fee or store credit for a future order.

We do not price match after item is ordered or match specials that may be released after purchase.
